Aquameta is based in Vancouver, B.C. Canada
What is the type of material used for your parts and is it aquarium safe?
We print all of our aquarium accessories and mods with PETG. PETG is food safe and aquarium safe, it is completely inert when submerged even for prolonged periods.
How long should I expect before my order is shipped?
All of the parts we carry are printed to order. The usual processing time is between 3-5 business days (business days excludes Saturday, Sunday and Statutory Holidays). When your part is ready, it will be shipped immediately!
How can I save on shipping costs if I want to purchase multiple items?
You can simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, our shipping calculator will combine multiple items for a combined shipping charge.
Do you accept returns/refunds, cancellations, or exchanges?

The tracking states that my order has been delivered, but I have yet to receive it, what should I do?
All tracking information are provided by the shipping courier, we have no information on what may or may not have happened. Please reach out to your local post office or courier services to obtain further details. Aquameta has no control over any potential mishaps during the shipping process.
If you have provided an incorrect address when you placed your order, Aquameta is not responsible for any undeliverable packages and no refunds will be provided.
Are your designs available as an open-source file?
We design all of our 3D printed products in-house, which means everything we sell in our shop are our very own models. The design files are not available as an open-source as original designs are extremely valuable assets in any field of business in today's evolving market.

I see an item that I have purchased recently that is currently on sale, would I be able to get refund or credit for the difference?
To ensure fairness to all of our customers, orders placed outside of any promotional window will not receive any difference in credits or refunds. Please follow our shop to receive updates for news regarding sales and promotions!
